Register

  • Click on the link: Login displayed on the top right corner of the page
  • Click on the button: "Register"
  • Fill up the basic information asked during the registration process
  • Click on Submit

Place Order

With our subscription plan, you don't have to place order everyday. According to your preferred menu selected during registration process, orders are delivered everyday. However, if you would like to customize your order for the next day, you can do so by following these steps:
  • Login using your credentials
  • Click on the link: "Dashboard"
  • Select one or more menu from the displayed list and change the quantity as per your choice
  • Click on "Submit Customization Request"
  • You will receive a confirmation message regarding your customization request
You can cancel your order by following these steps:
  • Login using your credentials
  • Click on the link: "Dashboard"
  • Click on "Skip Breakfast tomorrow" or "Skip Dinner tomorrow" or "Skip Lunch tomorrow"
  • You will receive a confirmation message regarding your Cancellation request
Yep, of course ! Just follow these steps:
  • Login using your credentials
  • Click on the link: "Dashboard"
  • Click on "Skip Breakfast tomorrow" or "Skip Dinner tomorrow" or "Skip Lunch Tomorrow"
  • You will receive a confirmation message regarding your Cancellation request
We wouldn't want you to be worried about your daily subscription while on vacation ! Just follow these simple steps to temporarily disable the automatic order.
  • Login using your credentials
  • Navigate to "My Profile" by clicing on the little arrow beside your name
  • Select the required checkboxes corresponding to the Day (Monday, Tuesday etc...) and Meal Type (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner etc...)
NOTE: This will not cancel any orders already placed. In case you would like to cancel the already placed orders with in the cut-off time, you will have to use the "skip" option available in the Dashboard Page.

By the way, don't forget to enable automatic subscription when you return.

Delivery

Following is the tentative schedule for everyday delivery. Depending on traffic, weather there might be slight variations in the delivery schedule.
  • Breakfast- Monday to Friday, Sunday (6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.)
  • Lunch- Monday to Friday (11:30 a.m. to 01:30 p.m.)
  • Lunch- Sunday (12:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.)
  • Dinner- Monday to Friday, Sunday (7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)
  • Every Saturday we are closed
"Request Cut Off Time" is the time until which you are free to Change / Cancel your order for that particular day (Monday, Tuesday etc...) and order type (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
The Cutoff time for Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner is as per the below schedule:
  • Breakfast- Can be Customized until Previous Day 9 PM
  • Lunch- (Monday to Friday) - Can be Customized until Same Day 7 AM
  • Lunch- (Saturday & Sunday) - Can be Customized until Same Day 7 AM
  • Dinner- Can be Customized until Same Day 1 PM

  • Registered Users can view the complete menu and pricing here: Dashboard
  • The Price displayed in the website for each of the Menu is inclusive of All Charges. What you see is what you pay for each order

Payments

  • We accept payments through our Online payment gateway partner: PayU Money (PayU India). It is used by thousands of companies in India. The paid amount is credited to our online wallet, which you can use during checkout of your order.
Unfortunately, No. At present we only accept online payments.
